Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of three loaded country made Katta from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to highhandedness of police. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.03.2018.

Case No. 145 of 2018.
