=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-05-2017 On 12.02.2014 C.W.J.C. No. 17934 of 2013 was disposed of by this Court directing the D.C.L.R. to implement the order passed by him for demarcation of the land in question. It was directed that the order for demarcation should be implemented in accordance with law.

Inter alia contending that the order passed for demarcation has not been implemented, this contempt application was filed and now on notice being issued Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have filed show-cause which goes to show that with regard to the land in

Patna High Court MJC No.2291 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 2/2 question learned Sub-Judge,1st, Madhubani in Title Suit No. 320 of 2013 has passed an order on 07.09.2013 directing the parties to maintain status quo and once the matter was pending before the court in the aforesaid suit, it is stated that no action could be taken. Keeping in view the aforesaid, these proceedings are dropped and the application disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be permissible under law after disposal of the suit in question.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
