Petitioner is accused in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she according to her sweet will left her house along with this petitioner with intention to marry with him. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.07.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
