The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 12.10.2004 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 152 of 2002, G.R. No. 904 of 2002.
The counsel for the petitioner produced the case diary and on perusal of the same, I do not find any merit in the application. Hence the same is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2322 of 2012 dt.04-05-2015 2/2 examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
