The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/333/332/353/224/307/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant and other police officials raided the house of co-accused Pawan Singh from where huge quantity of foreign liquors were seized but the petitioners and others got released Pawan Singh and took away the seized liquor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25302 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioners have been roped in the present case simply because the petitioners and others made protest against the police for entering into their house in the midnight. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Pawan Singh, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No.80 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
