2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No.51 of 2024 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 23.2 litres country made liquor from back of the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have fled away seeing the police.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a student and he has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner was not present at the spot and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The recovery of liquor was made from open place. The petitioner has no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
