It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the case is quite old, the summonses were never served upon the petitioners. It is further contended that none of the ingredients of the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code are attracted to the facts of the present case.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the application for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks
