The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Sadar P. S.
