JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 Petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure-9 which is information furnished by Bihar School Examination Board to the effect that petitioner was granted opportunity to appear at the compartmental examination once and as such there is no question of providing second opportunity to appear at the compartmental examination. The aforesaid information does not come in the way of petitioner in appearing at the training examination in all subjects. The petitioner may approach the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16891 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 concerned for allowing the petitioner to appear at the ensuing D. El. Ed. Examination in all the subjects which shall be considered by the respondents notwithstanding the fact that earlier the petitioner failed in all subjects to provide opportunity considering the fact that petitioner did not clear the paper in which he failed.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
