The petitioner seeks bail in Munger Sadar Muffasil P.S. case No.100 of 2018 registered under Section 25(1-A)/ 25(1AA) 25(1-AC)/ 25(1-B) A/ 26 (i) (ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The informant got information that Bharat Sharma and his associates were indulged in making illegal arms and on such raid was conducted but Bharat Sharma and his brother managed to flee away. On search arms and other articles were recovered from the room of Bharat Sharma.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother of Bharat Sharma. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60002 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Sadar Muffasil P.S. case No.100 of 2018.
