JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Two persons including the petitioner allegedly fired at the son of the informant, namely, Awadhesh Jha causing injury and his death. The postmortem report would reveal that the doctor has found firearm wound of entry at right temporal region and at right side of chest besides corresponding wounds of exit.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and supporting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8610 of 2021(3) dt.09-08-2021 2/2 material, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Purnahiya P.S.
