In order dated 21-12-2016, since in paragraph - 1 of the petition, case number was mentioned as Cr. Misc. No. 39289 of 2016, same was incorporated in the ordersheet. However, fact remains that application of restoration was filed for restoring Cr. Misc. No. 39829 of 2016. The same fact has been mentioned in prayer portion of the petition.

Accordingly, the order dated 21-12-2016 is modified to the extent that in 2nd and last paragraph of Order No. 2 dated 21-12-2016, in place of "Cr. Misc. No. 39289 of 2016", it may be read as "Cr. Misc. No. 39829 of 2016".

Accordingly, the order dated 21-12-2016 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
