JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 The petitioner prays for setting aside the order dated 24.10.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Belsand cancelling his P.D.S. license.

The petitioner submits that he has filed appeal before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi on 28.11.2013. The writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, that if the petitioner files a fresh appeal, the same would be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It will be open for the petitioner to file a copy of the appeal filed on 28.11.2013 (Annexure-1). With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
