JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raxual Police Station Case No. 217 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the injured by means of lathi. The injured has sustained altogether seven injuries out of which two injuries are said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon and so far as, rests injuries are concerned, the same were found simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12628 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the nature of injury of the informant, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxual at Motihari in Raxual Police Station Case No. 217 of 2014 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
