The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.561 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 260 pouches, each containing 200 ml. country made liquor, from the shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner used to run the tent house and as he refused the request of the police to install the tent free of cost on the occasion of independence day, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the police. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.561 of 2018.
