JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To grant the pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- instead of Rs. 3050-4590 to the petitioners from the date of their appointment working as Lower Division Clerk in different offices under the District Magistrate, East Champaran considering the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016, C.WJ.C No.

15978/2010 and other analogous cases as in the light of the aforesaid order similarly situated employees like the present petitioner have been granted the pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- from date of their appointment.

(ii). For Commanding the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of difference of salary to the petitioners in the revised scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- from the date of their appointment with all consequential benefit."

4/4 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
