The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.412 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws by pressing her neck through rope due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and due to quarrel in between the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and her

Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2016. The husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in judicial custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S.
