Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
