JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents is not able to produce any order passed by the Circle Officer, Nawada Sadar, District-Nawada under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, hence, it appears that no order has been passed under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In such view of the matter, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Nawada Sadar, District-Nawada to consider the objections filed by the petitioner, if any, and pass a final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
