Case No. 175 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 353, 307, 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon order dated 19.09.2022 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 36327 of 2022 by which coaccused has been granted bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 19.09.2022 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
