The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.180 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of the written report of the informant, the present case was instituted on 20.07.2017 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Baja alias Kush Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018 but he has not been put on T.I. Parade, while the informant has disclosed

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.180 of 2017.
