ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 01.02.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 497 of 2010 for minor offences under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC.

It appears that the case was filed by a Lawyer who was allegedly man-handled by the District Administration. It also appears that one Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 494 of 2010 on the same day was instituted against the Informant which was also under minor offences.

In view of the interest of the parties, it would be desirable in order to keep peace within the locality that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16669 of 2012 dt.18-05-2015 the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order of cognizance dated 01.02.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case Nos. 497 of 2010 and 494 of 2010 be set aside.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
