1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has admittedly not availed remedy of filing of a revision, which is provided under the Rules.

3. Apart from filing of Revision Petition Rules also provides for filing of a Second Appeal before the Principal Secretary, Food & Consumer Protection Department, Patna in terms of Rule 32 (7) of the Rules.

4. In view thereof, since statutory remedies are available, the writ petition would not lie on account of alternate efficacious remedy.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.13703 of 2022(2) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 liberty to avail both the remedies as above.

6. If such Revision Petition is filed, the same shall be heard and decided expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days.
