Petitioner is accused in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 registered under Sections 274, 275, 276, 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and section 27(b)(ii), 27(d), 28, 28(a), 27(c) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
