Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the respondent no. 4 as Area Manager, Food Corporation of India, District Office, Patna. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

As per the stand of the respondents in the counter affidavit, the only amount which remains due and payable to the petitioner is the Contributory Provident Fund with regard to which also the stand is that the money is lying and has to be collected by the petitioner after completing the required formalities. It is submitted that with regard to the GPF amount, a cheque was sent

Patna High Court CWJC No.2444 of 2012 dt.04-09-2015 2/2 to him at his postal address but has been returned un-served. It is submitted that both the amounts can be collected by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 4 alongwith a copy of this order. Upon doing so, the respondent no. 4 shall get all formalities, which may be required, to be completed by the petitioner and then the amounts of CPF and GPF shall be paid to him within three weeks thereafter.
