The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 457, 497, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner has illicit relation with the first wife of the informant and as such petitioner tried to strangulate the informant.

Learned counsel on behalf of petitioner submits that the informant has joined second marriage and he has driven out his wife and children and this petitioner has given shelter to

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI-cum-S.J.-XII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019.
