Patna High Court CWJC No.13727 of 2022(3) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 the present case, the respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit, which is taken on record, wherein in paragraph no.7 it has been submitted that on 11.12.2022, encroachment from the land in question has been removed to the satisfaction of the petitioner, which is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands disposed off.
