2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with weapons, entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him. Petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi on the hand and petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted the daughter-in-law of the informant. Doctor has found the injury caused by these petitioners to be simple in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53574 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Acting Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P. S. Case No. 30 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
