2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On account of land dispute, altercation took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
