Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S.Case No. 113 of 2018, G.R.No. 1130 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 341, 307, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, including 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Allegation against the accused persons is of demand of ransom of Rs.5 lakhs from the informant and allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the brother of informant on his back. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and FIR is in three parts and in last part there is allegation against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 28.3.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58107 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is allegation of demand of ransom and there is allegation against the petitioner of firing and he is accused in two other cases.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
