2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted on the head of the husband of the informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. No specific assault has been alleged against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that injuries caused by these petitioners are grievous in nature.
