JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.12.2020. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'Y'), which reveals that case is still pending for commitment.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2020 and has thus, remained in custody for about two years.

Case No. 51 of 2020.
