For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nachiketa Jha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwary, AC to AAG 13 For the A.G. (R-2) : Mr. Manikant Mishra, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a Nepali citizen, has taken away the file from him and since then he does not have any instructions. However, upon going through the pleadings, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner was of wrong fixation of pension as he had not been granted benefit of the 6th Pay Revision scale. Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.6241 of 2012 dt.05-07-2016 2/2 as per his instructions, the authority for payment of pension as well as gratuity as per 6th Pay Revision scale, has already been issued under P.P.Os. dated 13th January, 2015, copies of which have been produced. Let the same be kept on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and, thus, he is no more interested in pursuing the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N.A.
