Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with C2/303/2016 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Eighteen liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner while traveling on bus. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/Successor Court, in connection with
