JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.05.2021. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since
