====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counsel for the petitioner and opposite party no.2 have agreed that petitioner shall visit the paternal home of opposite party no.2 on 29.05.2015 and take her to her matrimonial home where she will be asked to reside with due respect entitled to a wife and thereafter both the petitioner and opposite party no.2 shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 1357 of 2014 on 29.06.2015 on which date if the opposite party no.2 states before the court below that she is being kept with due dignity and respect in the matrimonial home then the court below shall grant provisional bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7852 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 to the petitioner and keep the bail matter pending until such time the court below is satisfied that matrimonial dispute between the parties has been settled whereafter his provisional bail shall be confirmed. In case matrimonial relationship between the parties deteriorate at any time, it shall be open for the court below to cancel his bail bond.
