Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nath Nagar P. S. case no. 115/2018 registered under sections 354B, 385 and other allied sections of the IPC. The first information report reflects that petitioners are agnates of the informant and alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of construction of boundary wall.
