Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner caused death of the informant's daughter due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2022 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52613 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the mother-inlaw of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the alleged incident. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XXVI, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.686/2022 arising out of FIR No.282/2019 registered within Parsa Bazar Police Station of District Patna.
