Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code along with two others. It is submitted on their behalf that no specific injury has been attributed to them.

Let the petitioners surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
