Petitioner is accused in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 registered under Sections 21/22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was twice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 85967 of 2019 on 18.01.2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 2456 of 2021 on 24.03.2021 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 05.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the

No.62602 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-XI-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019.
