ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.05.2011 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha West Champaran by which he has allowed the Cr. Revision No. 228 of 2003 and set aside the order of cognizance holding that no offence under Section 498A is made out and directed for further enquiry in accordance with law.
Counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court as to whether any order thereafter has been passed by the Court below. In such view the application is disposed off with direction the the S.D.J.M, Bagaha, West Champaran to pass appropriate order within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order for complying with the direction of the revisional Court if he has not done so already.
