Petitioner is under custody since 16.09.2016 on account of cancellation of his bail bond on 22.01.2003. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Sobhakant Jha @ Shobhakant Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with one surety and in lieu of second surety, petitioner will have to deposit Rs.25,000/- in cash before acceptance of bail bond which will be subject to forfeiture in case there happens to be recurrence of such activity in future otherwise the amount will be returned back to the petitioner
