Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 306, 120(B), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father of co-accused, Lankesh Kumar, with whom the deceased was in love and it is alleged that deceased was taken away by the aforesaid Lankesh Kumar with the help of petitioner and others and subsequently, when victim and others returned, the aforesaid co-accused, Lankesh Kumar refused to solemnize his marriage with her causing annoyance to the victim, who consumed poison. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
