KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 325, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted him with lathi and iron rod as a result of which his hand and leg got fractured and sustained grievous injuries.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62714 of 2018(2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
