Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant claimed to have identified the petitioner and one co-accused Sagir Ansari committing the alleged loot and subsequently, three Riyal, one PAN Card etc. have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.11.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, co-accused Sagir Ansari, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail.
