Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 386, 387, 120(B), 506 of I.P.C., Sections 18,20 of U.A.P. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Co-accused Dudhnath Rai @ Dudhnath Yadav was apprehended at the spot alongwith Naxal Literature and Pamphlets. In the confessional statement of Dudhnath Rai @ Dudhnath Yadav, name of the petitioner surfaced. Dudhnath Rai @ Dudhnath Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9007 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanganj Police Station Case No.54 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
