The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirpainthy P.S.Case No. 117 of 2018 ( G.R. No. 2180 of 2018), registered for the offence under Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing unnatural offence with the Grand son of the informant and also trying to throw him in a well with intention to kill him after putting cloth in his mouth but after hearing hulla, the petitioner fled away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on the basis of some previous dispute and the medical report does not

Heard learned A.P.P., who opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as soon as possible. With the aforesaid observation, this appeal is dismissed.
