The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.139 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 147, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Accused Dhama Yadav is said to have fired which hit the injured and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who has clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees

The petitioner will visit Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
