Petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 29 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R, two unknown scooty ridden person snatched the mobile and fled away.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has been transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Till date no T.I.P has been done. He is in custody since 15.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62978 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P. S. Case No. 29 of 2021.
