Petitioners seek bail in Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that police arrested one Md. Rafique Mian and he disclosed name of these petitioners of having sold stolen vehicle to them. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that these petitioners have purchased the vehicle after giving consideration money to Md. Rafique Mian.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60299 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 It has further been submitted that co-accused, Manoj Yadav, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60076 of 2018. Petitioners are in custody since 28.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
